    Shipping Terms

  • All shipments are sent via UPS Ground service unless otherwise specified.
  • Expedited shipping methods are available upon request.
  • Drop shipments are at the sole discretion of your sales representative and requires manager approval. Extra handling and surcharges may apply. Please contact your sales representative for details.
  • All C.O.D. shipments are subject to extra handling fees. Fees are subject to change based on carrier rates.
  • We cannot ship C.O.D. to new customers (see payment terms).
  • LTL carriers are available upon request. LTL shipments must meet a minimum shipment weight of 500lbs.
  • All first-time orders will be shipped to the credit card billing address only.

    Return Policy

  • Returns will only be accepted within 15 business days after merchandise is received.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • An RMA number is required for all returns. Please contact your sales representative to obtain an RMA number and one will be issued to you within 2 business days. You MUST write the RMA number in BLACK marker on the outside of the shipping box. Return items will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  • All return items must be received within 15 business days after the RMA number has been issued. Only items listed on the RMA will be accepted; all additional items not listed will not be included in the credit. All returns must include the original invoice and a detailed explanation of damages or the reason for the return.
  • Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receipt of merchandise it is the customer's responsibility to notify the shipping carrier of any and all damages to items and/or boxes that have incurred during transit before signing for any packages. Pacific Solution Marketing, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages incurred during transit.
  • Defective items must be returned in original packaging and must include all parts and accessories. Misuse of items will not be considered defective and will be discarded upon return.
  • LTL shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading. If shortage is not noted Pacific Solution Marketing, Inc. will not honor the claim.
  • All shortages must be reported within 2 business days after merchandise is received, otherwise the order will be considered fullfilled. Upon confirmation of shortage we will ship missing items within 5 business days.
  • Merchandise credit for the approved returned items(s) will be posted to the customer's account within 15 business days after the returns have been received and processed by our warehouse. Unless otherwise stated, no checks will be issued.
