Return Policy
If a product is defective and you wish to return the product you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. All returned products must be in the same condition they were received in, and must be in their original packaging.
We will issue a full refund for legitimate returns, minus any shipping/handling or customs duties. Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind and decide you do not want the product.
When applicable we will exchange products for a non-defective item in lieu of issuing refunds.
Do not return merchandise without our approval. If applicable, a customer service representative will issue a Return Authorization # (RA#) to accompany your return.
To obtain an RA# please e-mail returns@musashiswords.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA# and further instructions to ship your return.
We are not obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 15 days after the products have been delivered to the customer. RA#s have a validity period of 10 days from the date of issue. Exchanges will not be sent and refunds will not be given until approved returns have been received by us and inspected.
Shipping Damages
Upon receipt of merchandise it is the customer's responsibility to notify the shipping carrier of any and all damages to items and/or boxes that have incurred during transit. Pacific Solution Marketing, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
Buyers Remorse
You may change your order quantities or cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once your item has been shipped we will not accept returns for Buyer's Remorse. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the customer has an unrealistic expectation of the product, receives a dull product, receives a dangerously sharp product, changes their mind after receiving the product, or simply does not like the product. It the the customer's responsibility to practice good online shopping etiquette.
Limitation of Liability
Pacific Solution Marketing, Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Pacific Solution Marketing, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Pacific Solution Marketing, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pacific Solution Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pacific Solution Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Pacific Solution Marketing, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Terms of Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
